Warranty

All DCar Product are warranted within 100,000km or 03 years up to first condition meet and apply all warranty policy of Ford Vietnam. Customers should have the vehicle maintained as schedule for better operating condition.

For the upgraded furnitures that are processed by DCar, we apply 3 years warranty policy and 12 months warranty policy for other furnitures (provided by other suppliers). All information and agreement are clearly listed in the contract. Warranty time will start when you receive the vehicle.

DCar Limousine has 2 Service Center in HCM and Ha Noi:

- HCMC: 763 Ben Binh Dong St., ward 14, District 8, HCMC

- HA NOI: 583 Nguyen Van Cu St., Gia Thuy ward, Long Bien district, Ha Noi

Scheduled Maintenance must be done by Ford Service Center to legalize the rest warranty.

In the first time of maintenance (after 1.000km), customers are provided with compliment our service fee and only need to pay for consumed items.
